BUSINESS CONDITIONS
General business terms and conditions valid for the company RAKON spol. s r.o. internet shop which define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and their customers (buyers).
1. Ordering goods
Orders are accepted by placing a direct order in the internet shop of the company RAKON spol.s r.o. at
store.arena12.cz. The order is valid when all the requested data in the internet shop order form is filled in. The order is also a contract proposal and is binding for both parties. The acceptance and validity of the buyer’s order is signalled by receiving a conformation email from the seller. The place of goods delivery is the address stated in the buyer’s order form. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if he cannot deliver the goods to the requested amount. By placing his order, the buyer confirms that they have read the claim conditions and have accepted the General Business Terms and Conditions for goods delivery which were declared by the seller and which are binding for both parties. The ownership rights for the goods pass to the buyer at the moment of accepting the delivered goods under the condition that the selling price has been paid.
2. Price
The valid price is the price stated in the pricelist at the moment of concluding the purchase contract (sending off the order). All prices are stated including VAT. The packaging and shipping costs are added to the price.

7 € inc. VAT
- EU countries: 16 € inc. VAT
- Countries outside the EU:
30 € inc. VAT
3. Delivery of goods and payment
The ordered goods are sent within 7 calendar days from receiving the order. The company RAKON spol. s r.o internet shop operator reserves the right to extend the
dispatch time in the case of unexpected circumstances. The buyer will be informed about the longer delivery time immediately by email or phonecall. The seller reserves the right to deliver the total amount ordered in different packaging than the one ordered. This must not influence the price . Delivery of the ordered goods in parts is possible only after this has been agreed by the buyer as well as the seller.
There is only one payment option for all orders:
Bank transfer before the delivery of goods – the buyer receives all data for payment execution via the email address stated. The goods will be dispatched or ready for personal pick-up in the shortest possible time from the day the payment is received by the sellers account.
4. Goods exchange
Exchanging goods by the seller can be carried out during the first 14 days after the goods have been passed to the buyer. The goods must be sent back as an insured recorded delivery. The returned goods must not be used, damaged or otherwise devalued and must be in their original sound packaging. If all of these conditions are met, the seller will send the new goods within 30 days. All costs connected with the exchange of goods including shipping are paid by the seller.
5. The right to cancel the purchase contract
The buyer has the right, in compliance with 6th Czech Civic code amendment No. 367/2000, to back out of the contract without any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods by writing (letter, email) or by sending the goods back. The returned goods must not be used, damaged or otherwise devalued and must be in their original sound packaging. The two weeks period start on the day of receiving the goods. The goods must be sent back as an insured recorded delivery. If all of these conditions are met, the seller will refund the full price of the goods including the packaging and shipping costs to the buyer’s account within 30 days of the contract cancellation. The money transfer charges for returning the money are paid by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order or part of it in the following cases:
a) The ordered goods are no longer manufactured or delivered.
b) The supplier’s price has changed significantly. In such a case the buyer will be contacted immediately and further proceedings will be agreed with them.
The seller reserves the right to change the price. Valid prices are confirmed to the buyer at the moment of placing an order. If the valid price is equal to or lower than the price stated in the written, faxed or emailed order, it is not re-confirmed to the buyer and he receives the goods at the price valid at the moment of accepting their order. If the price is higher than the price stated in the order, the seller must immediately inform the buyer about this fact and the buyer has the right to refuse or accept the new price. When ordering personally or by phone, the buyer is always told the price valid for that order.
6. Claims
Claims are resolved in compliance with the valid Czech Republic legislation. The buyer has the duty to check the received goods and inform the seller about any possible damage. We cannot be held accountable for damage caused by the shipping company.
When placing a claim the goods must be in their original packaging with the receipt and with a description of the problem. Claim conditions are subject to the valid RAKON spol. s r.o. Claim Terms and Conditions.

8. Personal data protection
The seller guarantees confidentiality and prevents the abuse of the buyer’s data. The received data will be used for accepting, handling and settling the buyer’s order and will not be processed for any other purposes.
9. General business conditions‘ validity
General business terms and conditions valid for RAKON spol. s r.o. internet shop have been in effect since 1/12/2013. They comply with Civic Code No. 40/1964 Coll., Commercial Code. No. 513/1991 Coll., and as amended by consumer‘s protection act No. 634/1992 Coll.
